I heart food
Born and raised in New York City's bustle of Manhattan, I found myself in London and missing the Chinese Burmese dishes I grew up eating. My remarkable mother used to love throwing big parties and inviting lots of family and friends over to eat her famous Burmese dishes. Now that she has passed, I am delighted to continue that tradition by cooking some of her favorite recipes in her memory and sharing them at my Supper Club events in London.
